Molly Balla
Camp Director
Certified Pet Care Technician
Molly is Marin’s finest animal entrepreneur and Boss Dog Goddess.
She radiates compassion and enthusiasm in working with pets. Molly fervently believes: when people and pets take great care of each another, all involved live happier, healthier, more rewarding lives.
Her mission is wholehearted commitment to enhancing quality of life for these beloved animals and, ultimately, their loyal human companions.
Molly embodies a Silicon Valley savvy and people smart perspective distinctively refreshing to the pet care profession. With her decade plus business background in technology sales and client services, she led the launch of Camp K-9 of Marin in 2003.
She has enriched the Bay Area for over 25 years. Before that she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).
As Camp Director, Molly is responsible for business management, customer service, and community outreach programs. Our “Boss Lady” also oversees daily operations.
Her steadfast passion for pets of all kinds has led to active participation in several of the Bay Area's leading animal organizations, including Pets Unlimited and the San Francisco SPCA.
Molly shares her heart and home with her branding man husband, their effervescent daughter, an irrepressible Labrador puppy named Dottie and a curiously dog-like, one-eyed cat named Fred.
